We’ll be serving oak wood smoked Prime beef brisket, pork spare ribs, pulled pork, turkey breast and our handmade Texas style beef sausage links. Served up with the choice of old school sides including buttermilk coleslaw, southern potato salad, and ranchero pinto beans.
